What to do when you find yourself needing a Warranty Submitted?

First, make sure you have paper work for the item. Receipts are ideal, but warranty paperwork, bank transactions, or maybe even time stamped photos from the day you took your Brand New Grill home. A simple photo or email attachment will suffice.

Next, take pictures. Try to get as many angles as you can. Try to get at least 1 shot from a little bit of a distance to see model type and full extent of damage or issue.

Finally, take all those pictures and just send them to us below or at We also need your full name, telephone #, address, and model of grill. For example: Large Egg Fire Box, Pit Barrel Cooker Lid, Large Conveggtor, etc...

Include any other information you may think is relevant and send it our way. All of this can be done from the convenience of you home.

We'll take care of the rest!

Note: All businesses have different warranty procedures so each one works differently. One may be a week before you get your new item, while other may take a couple months. Please be patient with us. If any other information is needed, we'll contact you on a case by case basis.
